INCEPTRUM ships the FPR2402 FIX Protocol Router

Ottawa, ON – June 1, 2015 – INCEPTRUM Technologies Inc., today announced it has started production shipments of the FPR2402 FIX Protocol Router, which represents the next generation of FIX Protocol routing appliance from INCEPTRUM.

The FPR2402 FIX Protocol Router is an enterprise level low latency FIX message router, targeting high volume, high availability trading networks (Exchange / ECN / ATS) found in the financial industry.

The release of the FPR2402 appliance, quadruples the FIX message throughput and reduces message data latency by thirty-five percent (35%), compared to the original FPR1202 routing appliance, launched in 2013.

The FPR2402 routing appliance supports a wide range of FIX protocols standards from FIX4.2 through to FIX5.0, with many advanced features such as, FIX client session aggregation; message routing based on business rules; built-in fail-over redundancy and dynamic load balancing on Gateway servers.

The FPR2402 routing appliance is housed in an industry standard 1U form factor rack mountable enclosure, and supports a range of configuration options.
